3. Eligibility

• Have a reliable internet connection and compatible device for video consultations

4. Telehealth Services

5. Payments & Refunds

ZENTHIA HEALTH operates on a direct-pay model. Payment terms include:

• Consultation fees and program subscriptions are charged at the time of service
• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your patient portal
• Refunds for unused services may be issued at our discretion

6. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current health information
• Follow your prescribed treatment plan and attend scheduled consultations
• Report any adverse effects or concerns to your provider promptly
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZENTHIA HEALTH website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ZENTHIA HEALTH or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZENTHIA HEALTH and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.
