The Initial Consultation is a comprehensive 60-minute virtual visit with a board-certified clinician. We review your full health history, current medications, lifestyle factors, and goals. You receive a personalized treatment plan within 48 hours, including any recommended lab work or medication adjustments.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with no penalties. Many members start with the Initial Consultation, then move into the Monthly Program, and some later upgrade to Advanced Optimization for more intensive support.
ZENTHIA is a direct-pay telehealth service. We do not currently bill insurance directly, but we can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
You can cancel your monthly membership at any time with no cancellation fees. Your access to the portal and care team continues through the end of your current billing period. We recommend scheduling a final check-in before pausing.
The monthly program fee covers clinical care, follow-up visits, and medication management. The cost of any prescribed medications is separate and billed by your pharmacy. We work with you to find affordable options, including generic alternatives and patient assistance programs.
Yes. We offer a 15% discount for each additional family member on the same account. Each member receives their own personalized care plan, private portal access, and dedicated clinician. Contact us for family plan setup.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new members. If you are not satisfied with your care within the first 30 days of joining a monthly program, we will refund your first month in full. Your feedback helps us improve.
Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. You will receive an email invoice 3 days before billing. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and ACH bank transfers. You can update your payment method anytime in the portal.
